E-mark certification & CE mark application

ECE certification is usually known for its rigor and professionalism. Usually before a complete machine is certified, each component that appears on the complete machine needs to be certified. Only after all parts and components meet the requirements of European standards, we can apply for a complete machine certificate.

Take tractors as an example. Tractors are based on the regulatory requirements of EC 167/2013. This regulation stipulates the relevant requirements for parts and components, and based on this. The relevant certification of corresponding parts and components is completed. Even though there are not many parts certifications for tractors, we will not discuss them in detail here.

If the tractor OEM is applying for European standard certification for the first time, the factory needs to provide registration information to register on the official website of the Ministry of Transport of the European country;

At the same time, the factory needs to prepare relevant parameters and drawings of the complete machine according to the format of the application form;

After confirming that the information in the technical documents is accurate, arrange testing of the complete machine, including complete machine function test, braking test, noise test, etc.;

After the test is completed, the technical documents and test report will be submitted to the Ministry of Transport;

If the Ministry of Transport confirms that the information is correct, it will issue a complete machine certificate.

Throughout the process, some information authorized by European representatives will also be involved.
